Riot needs to decide which Kog'Maw build is allowed to be viable. After they nerfed the attack speed he gets (whether it's from his 'w' or his 'q'), adc Kog became less viable and people went back to AP Kog. So what's it gonna be? Are we gonna keep playing AP Kog or will adc Kog become viable again?
