Can’t have more than one. However, you can sell your level 3 support item, and buy a different one to have the level 3 version immediately. Useful if you play a pokey champion early, but then need the cheap hp later.
Thats a good idea. Better than mine to sell and re-buy the item.
But even as the incompetent monkeys that Riot balance team is, i don't think they'd let this be abusable.
Report your findings please when you do one game with that. I'm curious
