I love all the tenacity we get from runes now
But it sucks that slows don't get affected by your movespeed or tenacity. For example, I have been jamming on Udyr lately, and while it's great screaming around the map at 600 ms, what isn't great is an adc with red buff and RFC hitting me from orbit and sucking out 400 of that ms. Slows CRIPPLE immobile champions, while often having little to no effect on the champions that really do need to be slowed down. Have you ever slowed a Riven and noticed it? Or a Fiora? Or Lucian, Lee Sin, Yasuo, etc. I think, now that new runes are out, it's time to seriously look at how slows and knockups/knockbacks are affected by tenacity. I shouldn't not be allowed to play the game because I'm playing a melee champ with 1 or less gap closers and I got booped by one slow and now I'm stuck where I am to die.
Even some of the anti-mobility options we have do more harm to immobile champs than mobile ones. Poppy's W, while great, only stops one dash. So a riven can push Q, get stopped, then push Q two more times, and E, and she's gone. A Xin Zhao dares to use his one gap closer near a Poppy and he's stopped. It is Significantly more punishing to the champs who aren't as mobile, and that can be really frustrating, because mobility is becoming more and more prevalent while nothing is being done to address the champs that can't, pun intended, keep up.
