The nerf Rengar needs to get the buffs he deserves

Visual indicator for the hunted showing the direction (north, south, east, west) rengar is coming from during his ult. at 300-400 range this indicator glows. (This might not matter if his ult stays camouflage)

This change alone will create a lot of counter play to rengar allowing his kit to possess the CC immunity it has. It also enables The possibility of changing his ultimate to be a stealth instead of camouflage.

These changes are necessary to allow buffs Rengar needs to be viable at high elo, where everyone can already predict where Rengar is coming from, while also making him balanced in low elo by adding transparency.
