remove lulu's pixie capped attack speed
We know for a fact that lulu's pixie dmg is capped by attack speed.
"At 2.000 attack speed Pix will fire an endless stream of bolts. at 2.001 attack speed Pix will not be able to match the speed and will start to lose bolts." - league of legends wikia
This stands as an indirect nerf to all attack speed based champions, especially kog'maw whose attack speed far exceeds two attacks per second. Can we please have this cap removed so lulu can synergize with adcs who utilize attack speed. I believe this is important in fleshing out lulu's identity in who she works well with cause right now lulu is and has been a power pick for all teams. By making the suggested changes you cause lulu to polarize in how well she works between attack speed based champions/adcs and champions not based on attack speed.
I also believe this needs to be followed up with nerfs to other pieces of her kit, so lulu isn't one of the best supports/mid for any team comp. Nerfs could include categorizing her ult as self healing. (as it increases their max health instead of directly healing them) This would make having grievous wounds a source of counter play to lulu.
I just want some ways for lulu to have identifiable weakness in ranked 5s while increasing her impact in soloq.
TLDR; remove lulu's pixie attack speed cap and make her have a solid place instead of fit everything.

P.S. Another potential change I thought of is making lulu's health increase on the ult scale with a percentage of the maximum health on the target she is ulting. This could be given a minimum value so it isn't useless on squishy champions, though that minimum value should be a decent amount lower than the current ult. This would once against help solidify what kind of champions she works well with and instead of running her in both protect the adc and engage comps, she would be far better in the later.
