So, Eve remake?

After throwing together a poll I found from those that responded were more or less all over the place. However, the central theme seemed to be that Eve's players understand that having her focus on DPS rather than burst would be the healthiest play-style for her. So the point of this remake is to keep Eve close to her current form while gaining a little more interactivity. Warding against her gets easier, but her ability to counter-ward grows more powerful as well.

Innate: As Live, but Eve's stealth now treats all wards as if they were champions. Or in other words, Stealth Wards and Vision Wards both spot her with the same detect range as champions. This allows Eve to skirt around locations where she thinks a ward might be in order to avoid detection. Furthermore, if Eve is spotted by a ward she gets a (!) above her head, telling her that she has been seen. This would give Eve the opportunity to take advantage of her new Q functionality...

Q: Hate Spike has its speed nerfs removed and can now be cast as a ground-targeted spell if there are no units nearby. Units hit, including invisible units and wards, are revealed for 2 seconds. This gives Eve the ability to poke around hunting for a ward that has spotted her before killing it. This is a bit riskier than just using a Sweeper, but I think it fits well into Eve's kit as a stealthy/anti-vision champion. Damage nerfs are undone, increasing Eve's clear speed and allowing her to survive her first Jungle clear more readily.

W: Here's a big one. Eve's W is renamed Determined Killer. It's functionality is unchanged, however it now grants damage reduction against minions and non-epic monsters. Eve's old Innate makes a return! Bet you would never imagine missing it. Put a point in this thing after killing your first Jungle camp and suddenly clearing becomes a breeze!

E: Damage type is magic again. Pretty straight forward!

R: Totally remade, now Malice and Spite. Eve's Ult passively heals her on champion kills and assists, refreshing her Ult. The Ult active dramatically slows a medium range target, gives Eve OnHit magic damage against them, and renders Eve invisible to all enemy units except her Ulted target. If Eve attacks any champion other than the target of her Ult she's immediately revealed because we don't want a repeat of Poppy. While near a Spited target Eve's Q becomes a single target spell to avoid accidentally booping the wrong person and ruining her Ult.

Well!

That's that. I think all the problems with Eve are addressed here, right?

Burst out of stealth removed? Check. Vision issues forcing her to be gimped resolved? Check. Squishy assassin who can sustain only if she plays well? Check. First clear problems resolved? Check. Kit streamlined, given theme and coherence? Check and check for stealthy anti-vision champion.

If she treats anything as champions and can be revealed by green wards, she might as well not have stealth at all and free her passive slot to do something else.

Perma stealth is kinda her central theme, I personally do not approve removing it.

Your rework proposal will imo make her a so-so champion with a ridiculously high skill floor (since your passive and Q is just like any champ with a free red trinket, who would want that?) and not much else skill cap wise, it's just not worth in it any situation unless you're just into playing her and only her.

The ulti looks like a weird combo between the likes of Yi and Poppy, I do not have a better idea but I don't think this one you suggest is a good one for the game in general. She can delete most support characters without any chance of failing at all due to their lack of damage in return, if she actually happens to be fed (for whatever reason she got fed before reaching 6 which is imo unlikely in this kit), she is like the next Rengar but more dangerous. Either way I can't see it being a good addition to the game.

Before reaching 6 she is practically a human player minion, and after 6 she is kinda bipolar. But imo.

EDIT: Her Q is also weird, then people would just place ward next to idk, any jungle minion and Baron/Dragon as how they ever would, suddenly she can't cast Q the entire game anymore, beside ulti'ing. Not to mention there is 2 crabs walking in the river too. There really isn't many place where she can actually cast this Q throughout the game. "Q: Hate Spike has its speed nerfs removed and can now be cast as a ground-targeted spell if there are no units nearby. "
