Can we nerf Jax?

Thanks to TD he no longer has a weak earlygame (the burst is pretty stupid with q+auto+w reset being an almost uncounterable instant proc), and once he gets rageblade he can literally do whatever he wants. No, increasing the cost of rageblade by 300 will not fix the fact that it's still cheap as balls and gives him an insane powerspike. As a veigar who was ahead in lane, with only a rageblade, a Jax was able to dive me straight through outer AND inner tower, and kill me even though he had tower aggro the whole time, through my full healthbar, barrier, my stun, my flash, AND my full combo. He landed maybe four autos on me, and the dive lasted long enough for him to q twice.

I don't see a reason for huge lategame champions to also have insane midgames and not even be weak in laning phase.
