sadly, crit garen isnt back until crit is back on item 3142 and atmas impaler returned to the game. ghostblade was the item that made the build actutally work.

I still find it pretty fun to play. Might swap one IE for essence reaver to hit that 40% cdr cap.

yea, but its a trolly off meta build for urf and normals now that actually drops off towards lategame. it used to be legit.
