Takes ages and a lot of gold to reach 3,000 but once you do it's hilarious. Doesn't matter if you don't have much AP cause you regen the HP cost of the heal in seconds.

Everyone has thought of Soraka with Warmogs at this rate. Make sure you build enough health for the passive ability to work, and expect the scaling on you heals to be much lower, though with a greater resource pool to work with.

I do it on aram since I kinda suck at consistently landing her self heal on enemies and it allows me to keep healing allies due to the rapid healing once you have 3000 health. Add in spirit Visage and Athene's and you are set for a while.

It is alright but more the result of the the game style of aram in and of itself.

Soraka's heals are weak in ARAM so I'm of mixed opinion on them there. On one hand you'll recover health fast enough to make up for the fact you have to cast W more than you need to. On the other, AP will make your heals bigger and you can be a little more choosy about using them.

She won't have problems healing her allies, but she won't have that much power to back it up. Unless you build item 3116 and/or item 3027 to back it up nicely.
