I saw this idea somewhere else, and I claim no contribution to it(if you find the op, please post in the comments). But the ribbons really don't mean shit to just about anyone/make people want to stop being toxic. So wouldn't it be a good incentive to tip people for good behavior? It can be small like 5-10 IP or something big like 10000 RP, it's all the player's choice.

Nautoday1 votesWell, you can already send players gifts and things with RP. I think an additional 5 IP or something would be fine. Mostly because I don't think even if people tried to abuse the system (gaining an extra 20 IP) per game would really be that much of a difference anyway. It'll still takes years of playing to get the champs and runes anyway. And just like Honoring somebody people would forget about doing it a few months after they implemented it anyway, but it would be nice to see something for when it does happen.
