I decided to try him again and it went pretty well. I am just curious how other built him. In order it went something like

I wanted to try 
as an item but I really hate playing adc in general.
Why would I want it?
His W extends his piss poor range. His W is also used a lot. He also seems to burn through mana a lot. Then I would go for 
because his W cooldown. It also helps with mana as well.
Note that he has 710 range with his W but it has a 17 second CD.
will be in the build somewhere as well because of the passive.
Everything else would be situational.
