Seeking another perspective on my Gameplay. Coach me?

I'm looking to transition in to taking ranked seriously. I'm a bronze player and I have tried my best to correct my mistakes but I still seem to lose...alot. I think my win rate is ~34% last time i checked in ranked. My roles I have done best with are jungle and support, however recently I have seen more success with top and mid roles. This is a problem, because I do not know these roles very well in the laning phase, mechanically speaking. The only real experience I have in laning is supporting, and that strictly is not enough for me to feel comfortable going in to ranked.

I also am easily tilted. My team generally is the reason, but I'm not going to lie I've been tilted because of things outside of the game or because I have a bad game. It's my biggest bronze anchor imo.

I'm looking for someone to help me overcome this. I would like to reach at least silver 2 and max I'm aiming for gold 5, though I doubt my skill will get me there.

I'm not looking for someone to artificially take me up the ranks, I'm looking for someone to teach me mechanics. Youtube and twitch just don't seem to be enough.
