Cant always carry games

This is an example of im doing great but my team just won't come together and do the right thing. You can say oohhhh you didnt carry hard enough but i can't control 4 other people and tell them not to get caught or don't over extend they going to do what they wanna do. Voice chat would be awesome for situations like this but apparently it would be too toxic even though cs:go and dota the next 2 biggest games in the world have it and no problem. Communication at this level would make the game more competitive and make giving small commands we can't type or ping in high pressure situations. But of course he comes the downvotes and such.
