How does the damage of Statikk Shiv work?

Does it convert your crit into magic damage or does it use the value that your auto attack crit will do and add it to the magic damage?

Neither It does 4x100 magic damage, when it crits it does 4x200 damage (250 with IE).

So it's the magic damage that crits. And it doesn't convert your autoattack to a crit. So does that mean even if you had 2 AD and you crit, it would still do 200 damage?

If so, any chance you could explain what happened when you use Statikk Shiv with Twisted Fate W but it doesn't show 200 even when the attack is a crit.

You would do 4 physical and 200 magic damage yes.

Afaik Twisted Fate W can't even critically strike, because it's a modified attack.

Ok I was playing Nocturne and I crit for 248. Statikk shiv also crit for that number

What happened there?

And I didn't have Infinity Edge

Ok now you have me confused too.

Devourer also does magical on hit damage, maybe that was added and displayed together?

still odd that both values are exactly the same.

Didn't use Devour either. Yeah I thought it was strange but I assure you, it happened when I was clearing a minion wave.

It does what it says it does. After 100 charges your next auto attack inflicts an additional 100 magic damage. This magic damage can crit. So if your auto attack was supposed to crit then the Shiv crits.

Ure basic attack is and the magic dmg from shiv is different.
