I've heard some people say that some champions kits are impossible to balance, I was just wondering who some of those champions are. I know one of them is this little cat. 
So what are other champions that cannot be balanced?

you clearly have never been 100 to 0 by rengar with no chance of reacting to it. And the ! is a joke for real counter play.
Poppy is getting a rework because of this issue.
Irelia is in part an assassin but if you have a reliable front line a better duelist or a good support who can peel a bit she is not able to assassinate the target.
kalista is fairly easy to blow up if you get some CC on her.
Rengar if even or ahead has tended to just go in and blow up a target without any chance to react which is why he is now the poster child of impossible to balance. Yes I see you are a common Rengar player so I will take your bias into account. Please give examples of how easily it is to counter Rengar when ahead.
Other example would be Ryze, WW, and if going by broze logic Yi and Kat suffer from this issue as well. Basically champs who are either underwhelming or over the top but never in the middle.
Dreadlocks1 votesThe legit easiest way to counter rengar is to group up but people dont like doing that. Drop a pink ward stay in a group and hes fucked. Aside from that you have GA, Zhonyas, any form of dash/blink, and your chances of living are way higher. I'm not saying its always easy, but i feel like many people don't even try to use the tools to their advantage. He is very kitable if you are not fighting near bushes so you should use that to your advantage. PLUS his ult is on a pretty long CD early game which he is heavily reliant on, and since games tend to last 20-25 mins these days you have plenty of opportunity to end the game before he gets massive.

WW is generally considered OP by his ability to one-shot squishies while building full tank with his ult -> Q -> auto combo.

, Thresh is easy to work against because his base damage is so low. Blitzcrank, however, can 100-0 most champs long before he's fed.

Katarina, because she relies on getting fed early and snowballing so this means she would need to allocate a lot of Gold just to her. Leaving her team starved.
ModWulf Helhammer1 votesNeither of that is unbalance. Lee is a problem is he gets fed early, or the player is really good. Katarina is a problem if she does her job and gets fed, becoming an assassin. But if the Lee or Kat don't get fed, then they can't really do anything
ProfDrDeath1 votesKatarina is a nightmare to balance because of her full kit resets. Those essentially mean that you cannot give her a comparable single rotation to other champions, or she'll absolutely demolish anyone when the resets roll in.
I honestly agree with Scarra that her kit needs a rework, and the total reset needs to go. Restrict it to Shunpo.

Kat's pretty good right now, as a clean up mage who only does huge damage if extremely fed or in role, cleaning up a teamfight.

insaiyanbacca1 votescurrent poppy(shes getting changed finally and its super fun yay!), vlad, and yorick are basically the unbalance able kits at least from what i have seen riot say in the past. i believe the reasoning for vlad is because hes mostly point and click stupid sustaining and they have to keep an entire stat(spell vamp) weak to make sure he doesnt get out of hand.
