New Phantom Dancer Icon?

I haven't seen this officially announced anywhere but I saw in on the online match viewer as the icon for the PD. I just thought I'd share.

Why would a Phantom Dancer be red? It SHOULD be ghostly.
El Condor Pasa2 votesIn all other item art updates, the item retained its colors. Sometimes the background/glow changed though (archangels and randuins). This update completely changes the item into something else.
Why do ghosts have to be blue/green? That's kinda racist http://static3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130504141240/wreckitralph/images/9/92/Red_pacman_ghost.png
