Using skin you don't own (BUG)

I just entered a game as top Rengar and in the champ select i chose my headhunter skin. Once we entered the loading screen I was using SSW Rengar and then within the game I also had the skin. I do not own this skin and have never purchased it before. I have no idea what triggered this bug or why hit happened. Im not sure if its still active but did anyone use a Skin Boost? thats probably the only reasoning i see of using a skin you dont own for that one game.
