I Love How People Ban Zed
When fizz is the real opie op.
When fizz is the real opie op.
Why not both?
is it really worth though? Zed doesnt even have a 50 percent win rate.
Because mages have a fucking aneurysm if they can't rush a mana regen item to mindlessly spam spells with 20% CDR.
if only zed rushing merc treds and hexdrinker crippled his early game all in.... oh wait it doesnt. hes still going to kill you while taking dirt in damage back.
Rushing merc treads instead of a damage item cuts his damage. You'll only die if you take combos to the face.
50% winrate is balanced though.
And Fizz is only OP if you feed him. Logical thinking results in the following conclusion: Don't feed him.
fizz snowballs harder, faster, and easier then zed though
Zed snowballs into oblivion with 1 early kill in lane. Fizz does not.
mmmm idk about that man.
It's more because he's a pain in the ass to lane against. I know once we get to late game and teamfights he's almost worthless, but I don't want to spend 15 minutes desperately trying to waveclear against him and getting dived whenever he pokes me below 50% HP.
I only ban zed if I get adc, saves me the trouble of picking up qss early and most zeds pick on the squish squish.
you should rush a qss against fizz though
To be honest, he is EXTREMELY over-rated.
He has a reputation for being an OP Insta-win but from my experience the champion becomes completely useless late game (people build counter items against his Ult or simply have too much CC when grouped together).
He's only good when he snowballs in the lane (and even then, he often becomes useless late game unless you are God with him). Literally all you have to do, is farm and not give him any kills in the lane... and then you auto-win come late game. If he kills you with an outplay, just play safe for the rest of the match. He defeats himself over time.
It's a matter of economics. If you don't ban Zed, he's far more likely to be picked than if you don't ban Fizz.
Both are not fun to play against, but you have to pick one to ban.
he's one of the most counterable champions in the game, even without QSS there are dozens of champions and other things that completely shut him down.
People got to learn to play Lissandra. Becoming immune to damage is handy against those all-ins. And when you make game winning engages its so satisfying.
