Ally shielding needs diminishing return on consecutive ally champion.

Having shield spam on a single champion over and over doesn't take skill. There needs to be a penalty that reduces the effectiveness of shield for casting on the same champion over and over and over and over again. Make shield and heals for that matter more tactical.

This. Worst part is that they're gonna make the counterplay an anti-shield item and have us build our way out of it rather than limit shields. Feels horrible knowing the only way out of suppressions is to build item 3140 which turns into an ADC item or we can't deal with Raka without item 3123 which again turns into an ADC item or item 3076 with turns into a tank item.

The champs who have to deal with the heals, shields, and even suppressions are primarily divers trying to take out the backline (not tanks, and definitely not AD) but I bet we're gonna get another anti-whatever item that builds into an ADC/Tank item.

It would be nice for assassins to hate an anti-shield items since we're the ones who's supposed to burst down squishies.

Didn't Riot already say no to anti-shield items?

Easy to forget about item 3165 which is generally a core AP item bought almost every game. Guess the grievous wounds proc only works if you get them low enough, though.

Unique: Dealing magic damage to an enemy champion below 35% health inflicts Grievous Wounds to them for 8 seconds.

On a side note, riot really needs to fix suppressions in general. There's only two and you can't item 3222 it or summoner 1 which feelsbad.

Bullshit. Camille gets 20% of her maximum health in shields putting her at 120%.

only if the shield comes online at full health.

Great Idea

It is automatically diminished. By you being able to burst anyone else, including the original caster.

You ever played the game Mafia? The Doctor/Angel role is able to choose one person to save each night. If they guess wrong, they did nothing, and the person they didn't choose dies. They're also vulnerable to being killed, unless they choose themselves (and even then, they can still die to vote elimination).

It's the exact same thing with shielders. They can only really save one person. If Janna shields her ADC, burst her, her mage, her assassin, or any other squishy on her team. One person is useless unto themselves, with the rare situations of a champion that's gotten too strong for anyone to handle.

Kill the shield-er.

I mean, it's bot lane all over again. There's an enemy Soraka and Vayne. Instead of killing the Vayne, you should focus the Soraka cause Soraka can't use W on herself. Complaining that Soraka is OP cause you used every ability on the Vayne and Soraka hits W and heals it all back.

That's like saying kill the nexus. Easy to say, hard to do.

Not really.

Soraka healing is hurting herself. She's literally making it easier to kill her by pressing W on her ADC.

If you see Janna use her shield on the ADC, that means she can't shield herself. Your Assassin could try to blow her up instead of using everything on the shielded ADC. The worse that happens is that Janna kites away, which might mean she kites away from the team/ADC, meaning she can't help the team/ADC any more. If she uses her ult to push you back, well now she doesn't have the instant disengage tool because she used it to save herself, not an important person like her ADC.

If Lulu is shielding her ADC and using her W to speed up her ADC's attack speed, that means there is no poly morph.

I mean, have you ever hit the nexus? That thing is laughably squishy.
