Black screen of death in champ select?

Thought riot fixed this already but thats the 2nd time it has happened to me in the past 24 hours. now I have a 30 minute ban again nad -20lp (I purposely dodged once yesterday before the incidents)

Was there a solution to this I missed or what gives. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Edit: What has happened now is I join champ select, but the whole screen turns black. I can hear the champ select sounds but cant see or click on anything, I sit it out hoping someone else dodges so I can safely close mine but after a few minutes and being otherwise unreactive I close it and come back to find that I am the person that dodged and lost 10 lp and the ability to que for 30 more minutes
