Why do we encourage people that bait reports?

I absolutely hate seeing people on the rift that intentionally troll and bait out people to flame them then go to the forums acting all high and mighty that they got someone reported and in trouble for flaming them. Really think people that are clearly intentionally trying to get themselves victimized to flaming and toxicity should face heavier punishments than the people who flame them after they intent feed other lanes, say things like "why would i try when i can make you lose and report you", and then post pictures of the "due to your recent report blah blah blah" pictures and say stupid shit like "this is why I play league, to get these messages"

Who, except for other trolls, is encouraging that behavior? I feel like you are saying that anyone that posts their punishment notification baited the people into it.

I too find that recent trend of people showing off their contribution to getting others banned really disgusting. Again one of the major flaws of automatic bots handing out reports is that they cant see the connection, the reason thatled those players to flame. To me this kind of behavior youre referring to here is the single most disgusting thing to do in league not factoring in 3rd party scripts etc, those guys are on yet another level. Whats worst is that those players as you said very rarely get punished, we need a dedicated tribunal and put an end to the bots uprising for they will replace us if we dont act quickly! We need smart leadership, smart people deciding about important things!

or my favorite of all baits

"report so and so for flaming us" when so and so wasnt flaming yet. easiest bait i see people use to get the "oh you want flaming here is flaming"
