He is pretty shit on that map anyways. Can we make his Q the way it was pre-rework? Healing is already lowered so it will not matter as much. Plus flash is always up and everyone's escape ability is also always up. Currently, it is quite hard to land his Q on URF.

Votable Jester2 votesMaybe make it faster, but definitely not instant. There needs to be some counterplay other than "never be within range of the ability". Healing is only reduced in the early/mid game anyway, and the hook is near instantaneous anyways.
LegenDariusGaren3 votesBefore the rework, Darius Q was instantaneous during both URF events. There was no issue then. Why should there be one now? Plus everyone picks poke champs, so he is not going to get near them unless he outplays them.

LegenDariusGaren2 votesThey could nerf the healing attached to it. Also, if you youtube Galio URF, you see how much healing that champ does. And yet Riot is okay with it on URF. Darius will not be healing as much and the change to his Q is more for getting out damage before he gets blown up.

Also, a decent number of people play melee assassins and cc-heavy tanks.

Balances like this would make Riot change other Champions too until all of them are balanced. URF shouldn't be balanced, it is just a fun mode
