Feels COMPLETELY useless when his Ult/stun is down. His heal is literally the worst in the game, W is pointless for the shield, it's like smaller than Lee Sin's. Taric has like, lower damage than any melee support in the game, and it makes trading in lane damn near impossible if your adc is one of those adcs

No. Hes got real gameplay with the bond mechanic. Hes legit imo. Maybe nerf the stun buff the heal idk maybe thats a bad idea.
