Profile Banner but no Border

Sooo today I checked my accounts, and both Silver accounts received the Silver profile banner borders, but when I played Ranked Flex games I saw no loading screen border?

Is that cause of the fact that it is a different type of queue or...?

Not necessarily all components of the rewards (e.g. borders) have been rolled out, so it's possible to get partial stuff.

Ranked flex should get the better border out of your season 6 dynamic and season 6 5v5 once everythings been distributed.
