Permanently Banned

So I'm going to make this brief, I had a 10 game chat restriction which I completed 3-4 weeks ago, and now I got a pop-up telling me I am permanently suspended after my last game?

Should I not at least get a 25 in game chat restriction, or even a 2 week ban? Why skip from 10 game straight to permanent ban? The things I had said were not even harsh enough to do that. I was not racist or homophobic (I even reported those in those very games that were racist and homophobic towards me).

I thought it goes 10, 25, 2 week, perma? What gives...?

EDIT: What is the point of a 2 week ban if it is not even used?

And also, why do you guys downvote me for asking questions? You guys are the reason people hate League, the ignorant ones that don't even read the original post or the replies, and actually think about the matter like a civilised human being, and reply respectfully. Instead, you just see a "complaint" and instantly go all biased without considering the issue at all, like childish kids (I realize that's redundant).

And yes, although the in-game chat and actions were wrong, please act humanly on the boards. No need for toxic smileys or instant hate. Thank you.

EDIT 2:

For those of you asking: Here is picture of a list of scrolling screenshots combined, just in case some of you do not believe that I copy pasted the full chat log, and need "proof."

Not getting a leash isn't a reason to troll the game. In fact, you should be fully capable of jungling without any leash whatsoever. Before I play ranked on a jungler, I always test my clear and path without any sort of leash. Champions like Tryndamere often don't want to leash because they want fury for their early level spike. Leashing isn't mandatory.

I would expect a suspension instead of perma ban for the 2nd time you do this but I'd 100% expect a perma ban to be the final result if it continues. I actually couldn't care less about people using profanity in chat, being rude etc. I have a mute button and also don't need to care whenever a random person online babyrages. However, if they aren't trying and are trolling the game because of something as petty as a leash, I have no button that fixes that. For me, it's 100x worse than being called an autistic retard who should have built a time machine to make sure his daddy's condom didn't break.

BTW: While I would never report someone for saying something was "ez" since they have a right to their obnoxious opinion, many others would.

A full on perma ban for what you did seems a bit harsh. 10 week chat suspension jump to --> 2 week ban seems more appropriate, assuming this is the extent of what you are being punished for. Why escalate the problem like that though? Not jungling for 7 mins just because you didn't get a leash? It's practically akin to just going AFK.

hi, the system automatically looks for key words and behavior and bans based on that.

you did a fair amount of quoting your teammates with stuff like "they said i was a %%%got" and "they told me to kill myself" and "you tell others to kill themselves" and so on. its possible the system saw those and permabanned you based on them even though you were just quoting others.

fill out a support ticket: support.riotgames.com and ask them about it, if thats the case you might still get put on a 2 week ban and have the perma lifted.

you really should learn to shut the fuck up though. and i dont even mean that negatively. but really. just shut up in your games unless you want to say something positive. ive been here since season 2 and never got a ban. i just dont say negative shit. i dont even give people advice if i see them need it unless they ask for it.

Should I post screenshots/a copy paste of the chat log on my side so you can judge whether it would be worth submitting a ticket about the punishment being a bit harsh?

Yes, paste chatlogs.

Alright bud, I am not a Riot member (obviously) and I didn't watch the game so I can't say for sure, but I would wager you were banned because you were trolling. You clearly are trolling someone here, you even state you will stop trolling if they apologize. You say somewhere else too that you will actually try to win if they apologize. That is trolling and it is a ban-able offense, I am pretty sure it is perma-ban levels of offense. It is hard to tell whether someone is feeding or trolling or if they are having a bad game, however if you admit to it in chat, even if you were just having a bad game it looks 100% like you are intentionally doing it. In your case, judging by your comments, I am going to go ahead and say you were intentionally trolling.

Now if you have a history of doing this and have been punished before for it, then you are eligible for perma-ban, or at least I believe that is how it works. Also I think in the Terms there is a section that states Riot has the right to suspend your account permanently whenever they want, so if you break the Summoner's Code, they can perma-ban you for that whenever. Normally they give people various punishments that escalate the more you break the rules in order to help you reform, but if they don't think you are going to reform then perma-banning you is the best solution.

So even though I too think its sad and unjustified that you got permabanned heres what led to it: You repeating their hate speech. Its the only relevant thing in your logs. While you never meant to use them for insulting purposes and just reiterated what they said the bots cant tell the difference. Those bots issued this permaban I recommend contacting riot this ban is highly questionable and I think theres a good chance for it being recovered.
