I think your reason for trolling is stupid. I think the way you tried to justify it by saying its because he indicated he was going to leash but didn't is more stupid. Bottom line, you trolled because you didn't get a leash.

I do not know how punishments progress as they are handed out but there is a clear escalation in your toxic behavior. You went from a 10 game chat restriction to physically trolling a game. Whether or not you should have went to the next level of chat restriction or 2 week ban is completely irrelevant. You chose to be a toxic player rather than be a more tolerant respectful one. I have fed in ranked games and felt awful when I apologized to my teammates all of them basically responded with hey man it happens to all of us. This kindness actually made me rethink how I felt towards people having a bad game, bad games just happen sometimes. This is relevant because it just shows the influence even one act of kindness can have on someone.

I just want to be clear when I say I am trying to be civilized in the things I say. All of us have been in games where someone trolled, it does not feel good especially when the person being trolled is not involved with the conflict at all. I imagine that since you said you would try for twitch that twitch is someone that was completely outside of the situation. Think about how he felt. That his game was being trolled because the jungler was demanding an apology that he was not getting. I can assume he was begging you to just not talk and try to win but no by the looks of it that did not happen. I can almost imagine the text chat where this poor player who just wanted to play a game now has to play peacemaker for both sides while he has to look on as the game just goes down the tube.

I feel as the troll you do not understand the full consequences of your actions. I do not think for a second that you considered the feelings of the players that were not flaming you for this whole situation. Someone who had no power over the situation had to deal with this because people decided to fight in a game. It just is awful in general.

Whether or not you deserved a perma ban I don't know but based on the fact you showed no improvement after a chat restriction you probably coasted over the 4 weeks between then and now with toxic behavior and it just piled up leading to your ban. To be clear by coasting I mean being toxic with gaps inbetween so it is hard to get banned for separated bad behavior.

If this has not convinced you, I am 99% sure that any account based game reserves the right to terminate an account for any reason deemed necessary so the final calls goes to them. Not what you think was appropriate. For whatever game you decide to play in the future from league to some other game I hope this was a lesson to you and that you decide to improve your behavior and move on from this experience with a valuable lesson.

By now, after all of these replies, it is clear the key is to just ignore or even mute all, which I never even considered doing.

its not usually a good idea to "bump" support tickets with new info because it places you back at the end of the queue, however in your case, i think its a good idea to edit it and make it clear that you want them to look at it again and consider lifting the permaban because it was not deserved.

you should say.

also once you talk to support be sure to maintain your calm and not swear and talk nicely. even if they dont help you, they still know all your smurfs.

No problem, it was nice to see a post that wasn't just whining.

To be fair though, you do agree to the Summoner's Code which basically says you agree to not be toxic, troll, or AFK and that you understand if you do any of those you can and probably will be banned. It is just no one reads those things which is why they are surprised when they are immediately perma-banned. It is not Riot's fault you chose to troll, that is on you. I understand your point though, it is a bit alarming that at any moment my account can be perma-banned.

Hopefully though, if you do make another account, you won't be toxic like most people are when their main account is perma-banned. New players are already incredibly turned off when they first start because there are so many smurfs and majority of them are super toxic towards new players.
