Hi,
I have recently purchased Draven with RP, and would like to reach Level 7 with him. However, I also want to refund him and purchase him when I have enough IP.
Now, my question is, if I got to Level 7 with him, but then refunded him, would it reset the Level 7 status, or does it stay even after refunding and buying again?

You really do only get 3, and I've regretted all the refunds I used in my first year of playing.

FioraWillCarry1 votesIt will stay. I once refunded Rek'Sai after reaching level 5 on her. When I bought her again months later, I still had it.
Also, you should have noticed by now that you collect mastery points on champs you don't own when you play them on free week so that's your proof. You can earn champion mastery without owning the champ. When you buy them, you get them with all the points you earned when you played them on free week.
Mabuto1 votesYes but, when you play the weekly ones without owning them, you can only get up to 4 until you buy them, and can't go any higher, that's why I was wondering if it would drop since I don't own them anymore

Well I didn't know that. Regardless, champion mastery is permanent. Nothing can reset it, not even refunding.
