We should be able to see our teammates' keystones in champ select

This just seems like common sense, if for no other reason than we can tell players that they forgot to swap rune pages from their last game.

Seeing our teammates' keystones has an additional benefit as well. For instance, imagine an individual who picks a traditional crit ADC in this meta, and insists on taking lethal tempo to boot. Most players I imagine would appreciate knowing ahead of time that they're about to be matched with an ape. It lets them dodge and only waste a mere 5 minutes instead of 20.
