We should be able to see teammate's Keystone in champ select.

It would be immensely helpful to be able to see our teammate's keystones in champ select. Partially because you might be able to advise them better - like not to take Fervor on Vayne into Caitlyn.

But more importantly, in case one of your teammates is an idiot and forgot to select a keystone, you could helpfully remind them to pick one. Or in the worst case where they are afk after selecting a champion, you could just dodge as that game is most likely not winnable.

Same situation we have now with junglers and smite.
