Yeee, now also yasuo is built tank

This season, a lot of champions designed to build glass cannon, started to build off tank thanks to the devourer-rageblade-titanic combo and the sunfire-iceborn combo. With the midseason devourer and rageblade were reworked, bringing yi, shyvana, jax and xin zhao to a very balanced state. But IBG, sunfire and titanic are still in the game, creating abominations like akali tank and ekko tank. The role of this three items is giving extra damage TO TANKS, who are not supposed to be a major damage threat. If riot just remove this three items the game will be waaay more balanced. Tanks will not do tons of damage and squishy champions will not build tank anymore. P.S. my english is bad, sry :(
