Last Whisper needs a change!

I literally have not seen that item in ages, at least ever since its armor penetration option (or lethality as it is called now) changed to bonus armor penetration. It is really useless unless the enemy team has like three heavy tanks. Also there are other items like Black Cleaver and Ghostblade that also have armor penetration options and are simply better items overall. There is no reason to choose Last Whisper over these items. I do see one of the upgrades, Mortal Reminder, once in a while when the enemy team has intense heals and lifesteal. But it is used because of the Executioner passive, not because of the armor penetration, which I think was meant to be the more important part of the item. I say either make it a cheap, efficient armor pen item again, or just get rid of it. And Executioner's Calling should upgrade to a differet core item.
