Very serious question

I face a very determined set of circumstances that seem to want me to lose ranked matches.

I get more AFKs than my enemies. If a support on a team doesn't build a sightstone, 9/10 times it's my team's support.

I have started to main Heimerdinger because I trust my turrets and kiting more than any teammates. Maybe one teammate in an average of 3 matches I will be able to trust to follow up on engages - but even with Heimerdinger, which I win with 80-85% of the time (always doing an average of more than twice the magic damage to champions as anyone else, and coming back from behind frequently because of my picks and engages), when I lose it is usually a very slow and pained trudge towards my nexus as I am the only one standing between it and the enemy team.

My game knowledge is pretty in tact - I ward more than my team does, without exception. Even when I just have a trinket. I hit my skill shots on average 50-100% more than my teammates. I usually get much more CS than my lane opponent, and when I don't I use my first back or two to buy a good item to counter their kit and damage or enhance mine in a way that gives me better zoning and lane control. I gank other lanes at very opportune moments if playing mid or jungle (and my team, again 9 times out of 10, sits at the tower maybe 100 units away from landing their skillshots with full health, letting me die). ** Why am I in low bronze? Honestly, I think it is because I've never bought RP. Not a single point. You could call me a crybaby. But unless you are a mid-high ELO player who has also never spent anything on RP, I am not interested in what you say. I want to know how they did it, if any exist.**

What do I think? There are certain people, at least a few thousand, who simply will not climb. Their choices are so stupid that they can't, regardless of any RP they buy or any odds Riot tries to hedge for them. Some are complacent in bronze, some are angry and toxic, but they're bad. The ones who run into their killers again and again. The Anivias who love to splitpush without any vision. The cowardly ones who simply never engage unless the opposing team has enough of a commanding lead to force them to. They are put into the games with people who don't buy RP.

I have what I need to climb, mechanically - so it can't come down to runes and campions. I have several dozen champs from IP, and enough versatility in my runes to get almost exactly what I need for my frequent ones. I have had bad games myself - I know this. I also know that it is a lot harder to have a good game when your team creates zero pressure, so you get punished by all 5 for creating any of your own.
