QoL Galio's Ult

I think it'd be nice to have a slight magnetic mechanic to the ultimate when targeting an ally. With as much movement as there is in the game it can get pretty irritating when you can't immediately click on your target because of minor movements. Since it doesn't give anything (target wise) other than the AoE buff, I couldn't see it being a hindrance in any situation. The magnet wouldn't be strong, just light proximity.
