They're running absolutely rampant in silver ranked games and it's bit bogus. I wish Riot would take a stance on this... I'm not sure why it seems unreasonable to expect them to do this...

Smurfs? In Silver? Nah....more like rampant feeding noobshits that make you believe the noob he is feeding is smurf. Need to get rid of the feeding trash in Silver, not smurfs.
