Vi’s been gutted? News to me. Teemo and Blitzcrank haven’t even seen live yet, and Blitz’s is just a tweak to his ult so there’s less RNG. not seeing how he’s gutted. Teemo..idk as much about him and how his kit will feel.
To anyone who played her whatsoever pre-rework - we feel it.
200k+ mastery, she feels BAD rn. Her clear is disgustingly good though so people swarmed to play her, and she has a pretty easy skill floor so with a massive influx of players her win rate went up The only thing that made a good vi good was better clearing and comboing. Her damage went down the shitter, she struggles to 1v1 pre-25mins as a duelist bruiser, and her shield upgrade, while nice and allowing her to practically take no jungle damage, is irrelevant in a fight and you’ll be burst through it in no time.
I stopped playing her for Kayn and a also bit of testing the waters with Camille lane on 3v3s these last patches. Super Metroid Vi, the one challenger vi main, straightup left the game after the changes were announced.
Feelsbadman

See, I don’t feel that. I believe you that you do, since you’ve played her longer, but when I ran some matches on her she felt good, both in her jungle clears and in fights. And clearly they weren’t necessarily “gutting” if her winrate went up. Maybe simplified, or something else, but not gutted.
They made her idiot-proof. They lowered her power to compensate.
Maybe she's just meant to lose all her damage builds and become a frontline peel tank, since she lost large ratios on her 2 major damage moves in a fight. All her buffs were either meme changes (AP ratios and crit) or focused around farming
this is not a farm meta.
If you look at vi pre-changes she had a tiny playrate but a pretty balanced winrate. Then she got changes and EVERYONE played her and winrate went up because the changes removed skill expression in exchange for safety and easy teamfights (the R changes namely making teamfights a joke if you play it right) but she lost what made her vi
When you see someone slamming and punching with giant gauntlets and fairly little body armor, you think they'll be hurting you but only a little tanky. Now she's only a little hurty and medium tanky and it feels wrong.
(If you want my opinion on what happened - they were told that Camille is just a stronger but squishier Vi, so they changed Vi to be the polar opposite and it failed for them, losing the one challenger onetrick she had xD)
vis has a mini rework aswell

I didn’t refute that though, only the “gutted” part.
How are Blitz Teemo Vi or Irelia gutted wtf is this comment
One provides a generic safety net at all times, the other requires him to burn his ult.

A 300 range dash can hardly be called a "safety net" in my opinion.
A 300 range dash dodges a skill shot though. I never said it was a lot, just giving the reasoning behind it.
Also it can actually give him some escapes from time to time, since he is able to cross walls with it (unlike dashes like Galios or Urgots). It is short, but still enough to get over some of the walls on the rift and enabling you to escape from danger.

Yeah, I too liked my safety net at all times when you had to wait 26 seconds at level 1 to get your dash back, 52 for both. Really makes me wonder what "at all times" mean when even when it was maxed, the ability had a 20 second cooldown with both charges were used.
it means that any aatrox with a brain could use his dash once per 26 secs and keep the second one for ganks, which nearly always was enough to dodge cc
It's bad for Aatrox to have 2 dash charges on like a 20 second cd and a small amount of life steal from minions.
Wait, Riven has 4 dashes on a lower cooldown, a massive shield, a stun, and massive insane damage which she can animation cancel into each other which also heals and does true damage because of Conqueror? It's cool.
Why does Riot keep giving champs URF mode ults?
Ult resets Dash - It doesn't put it on a 0s CD. Also you need to hit all Q's before you can wind up another one, it's fine.
