Can we please do SOMETHING about the troll reporting system?

I just got out of a ranked game with a vladimir who pissed me off more than almost anyone else I've ever played with.

This guy says in the pre-game lobby (he was 4th pick by the way) that since our 1st pick "took his zed" that he was going to troll and feed. At first we didn't take him too seriously since he was also joking around in the rest of the chat, but as soon as the game started he was true to his word. Before the first wave of minions even made it to his top turret he had given fiora first blood. He gets back into lane and approximately 15 seconds later he gives fiora another kill. He goes and finds the enemy shyvana and stands next to her in her jungle and lets her kill him. He comes back into top lane and spams laugh/dance while he lets fiora kill him again. Then whenever a 'team fight' happened he would walk up to shyvana or fiora and just start dancing for the duration before inevitably getting killed again.

At one point he starts typing in /all about how op vlad is since he's died 8 times in 12 minutes or so, then tells fiora/shyv to watch his 'lcs' teleport strat and uses teleport on a minion next to him, then walks to fiora and lets her kill him again.

Apparently he had muted our entire team at the start of the game and was constantly talking in /all about how since he couldn't play his zed or darius, that he couldn't POSSIBLY do decently, so he gave up at the beginning of the match, and after that he (again in /all) started laughing and saying that he wanted to unmute our team just to "rofl" at our salty tears.

Finally in the post-game lobby he immediately gets in and says "that'll teach you not to take my zed. I just bout the skin", and the enemy shyvana laughs it off and says she'll honor him for the game. He also laughs when the rest of my team says they'll report him because "Riot doesn't read those. It won't do anything"

I truly hope this guy gets banned, but knowing how the system is and isn't, it probably won't happen. But if someone from Riot sees this and actually cares, that would be awesome.

Now, when I was writing up the report on the Vlad I realized that we don't really have a way to report a troll who's not actively feeding the enemy team or flaming you in chat. I'm talking stuff like your anivia putting up a wall to stop your sion from ulting every single time, or an alistar constantly headbutting the enemy closer to your adc who's running for their life, or when a teammate literally does nothing the entire game. Stuff like standing on the outskirts of a team fight and spamming laugh while his team dies. My point is that there really isn't a good option on the list of report choice for one of those. Is there an option we could add for that?
