Broken Preseason, Fix this bullshit!

This is going to be BRIEF and to the point: Riot, fix your game. There is such an OBVIOUS power level difference between champions that it makes me sick. Don't trust MY word? Go look at the top 20 players in Master Tier:

ANY that main carry have Lucian AND/OR Ezreal as their main played characters, at LEAST! (But don't worry, they're clearly well balanced characters and not overtuned). The other 3 slots are usually a toplaner (Riven/Renekton/Fiora majority of the time, hur dur Juggermeta.) and either Kalista or Corki. You MIGHT see the occasional Vayne, but that's often just a counterpick. Her frequency is due to this hur dur Juggermeta.

Midlaners? Of the 9 players that had an obvious mid champion out of the first 20, 5 of them had Zed. The rest either excusively played TF or ALSO played Ahri and Ryze. Viktor makes the rare appearance because, let's be honest, lasers are cool when they don't come out of the mouth of the Rift's most annoying BM flashlight mage.

Toplaners? RenektonRivenRenektonRivenRenektonRivenRenektonRivenRenektonRivenRenektonRiven. Is there a reason to play other toplaners? Apparently the top 20 don't think so.

Junglers? Did you say LEE SIN? Of the 8 players that had any junglers in their top 5, half other them played Lee Sin, and 2 of those 5 ALSO played Rek'Sai. Of the 5 that DID NOT PLAY LEE SIN, Rek'Sai, Nidalee or Kindred were the only other junglers even touched. OH, sorry. There was ONE GUY who mained Kah'Zix (Trag[14]).

On a POSITIVE Note, of those that did play support, there was a fairly even spread. What does this mean? Supports are clearly in a good spot. Why? THEIR DAMAGE IS IRRELEVANT! Balance their earlygame numbers and that's ALL you have to worry about! Supports RARELY build damage, so their ratios are honestly pure rubbish. You don't care how much damage the Thresh does in a teamfight. Why? His ENTIRE job is to peel, land that game-changing hook and protect his team by bailing out whoever gets pulled out of position! You don't need farm to accomplish any of this. Sure, some supports work much better with certain ADCs, but that's just the inevitable nature of putting two different characters in a lane together: Some will do better together than others.

Notice a theme? ALL the overtun-, SORRY, well balanced and fair champions have a retarded amount of mobility built into their kits, all while doing fuckloads of balanced and well calculated amounts of damage. Having a high amount of mobility should mean sacrificing damage or durability, something none of these characters even do. Ezreal and Lucian can easily and FREELY harass with their long ranged skillshots which have lowish cooldowns early and only become spamfests later on. Renekton and Riven? Their base damage is crazy good and they both scale really well with items, staying relevant. Neither of them have to worry about mana/health/energy costs and can spam for days without punishment. If they fall behind? Their crazy amount of CC and innate tankiness lets them play as tanky peelers that still do fair damage in the WORST of situations. Midlaners like LB and Ahri have STUPIDLY safe kits and still have the ability to 100-0 most enemies in the game at 6. Ahri's ult is 3 FLASHES that do DAMAGE. If she presses Q, she gets a speed boost FOR NO REASON! Does Sivir get a speed boost? No. Fuck her. She only got the Triumphant skin, why should she stay relevant? LB? She can do 1.5 Flashes with the press of a button. If she ults? Good luck catching her!

The majority of these characters just need their base damage values tweaked so their kits can retain their identity. The issue is obvious and simple: If i'm fighting an Olaf, I know exactly what to expect and how to fight him. He doesn't do anything absurdly overpowered and doesn't have godtier sustain. He doesn't have build in summoner spells.

When I lane against a Renekton or Riven, I have to CONSTANTLY pay HUGE attention to their cooldowns and rage bar (Renekton). If I don't, I'll get half of my health obliterated in a combo that offers next to no counterplay once it starts. Why is this okay? I can fight the MAJORITY of toplaners without any worry of being punished by unfair kits with literally no limitations. What lets them have a free pass?
