We don't want another kalista, please. It's almost excuseable due to how an adc will have to rely on kiting to survive in the jungle, but seriously, it would be much better to make its (his? Her?) kiting mechanic jungle only.

It also is only a two second cooldown when used within the radius of another spell, which guess what? You can just walk out of because they only a 1 second slow. Walk out of it and voila! Kindred has an 8 second Q again

Even with base AS, Kalista can hop more than once every two seconds.
