Thoughts on guinsoo nerf? Too much or just enough?

I personally think they kinda nerf the guinsoo a bit too much because they literally made it he most expensive item in the game for some decent stats if anything they should just make it 30 magic damage on hit and still have the six stacks but have the original guinsoo rage because that would actually fit the price instead of what the new passive is

But then again those are just my opinion what do you people think
