Anyone know why people still ban master yi?

So yeah we all know patch 6.9 did a number on classic master yi and his cancerous guinsoo devourer combo but that was before and now it's now and people still sometimes ban yi I mean really he's quite weaker so yeah

Actually never mind someone found the same build I have it's almost as good as guinsoo devourer it's just that it's harder to build tank it's basically BLood razor to Bork to guinsoo to phantom dancer no boots btw you need movement speed runes then the rest is up to you to decide what tank items you want if you want maw go ahead

But still why do people still ban yi he's not that hard to play against I know this from experience so why people still ban him he's not like in last patch or when ap yi was like literally cancer in the most finest form

Don't want to lose games b/c of a 0/13/0 jungler who swears that he's a diamond smurf. That's why I ban him sometimes

Probably half reflex. I haven't seen yi since so must not be a pain in the ass anymore. But people still dislike him. It'll pass.
