Ryze as of now has a very low win rate (42%), and still needs some work. I've struggled to do my best as Ryze, finding my passive useless for 2 seconds due to executing my combo so fast. Scale the cap?
Are there any decent/big changes coming for Ryze? I don't want him to be dumpstered.
Shahamut1 votesRyze, much like Morde and Skarner, is recognized by RIOT as a problem child. Pretty sure I have seen a post or two by them stating he was down the line, but there were bigger concerns ahead of him.
I can't link you to the posts, but the general feeling I get from RIOT about Ryze is that he is going to need something but they havent figured out what yet, so they are just trying to keep him from being stupid strong until then. :/
Wobly1 votesHe's got buffs in 6.4, and Meddler has said they plan to do more work on him before the Mage roster update at midyear.
There's a mage rework coming up, and Ryze could be rebalanced there.
