Zed only needs slight tuning...

I like that Riot nerfed his attack speed so that his splitpush isn't as insane as it was before, but I think AD-caster assassins in general should have the lowest attack speed scalings in the game for the very reason that they either rely on their abilities for most of their damage output or that they have an auto attack reset and usually build high AD items. Everything else about him is pretty healthy!
