Something needs to be done about the Spoils of War passive on the Relic Shield line

item 3302 item 3097 item 3401 item 2303 This is supposedly the go-to line for tank supports, however... there's a problem going this route.

Tank supports... aren't really that tanky to start with unless we're talking Tahm Kench with his grey health buffer or a tank steroid on champs there were never meant to support in the first place (Nautilus W).

The passive is supposed to help the early game, right? However, these "tanks" that barely have more health than their ADC in laning phase... have to walk up to last-hit these minions and subject themselves to the terror that is the AP support poke. When Lulu and Ashe can permaslow me and chunk me just for going for making use of my Spoils passive... it does more harm than good.

Granted, YES... I know. item 3301 item 3096 item 3069 item 2302 This line exists. And it can work. It also gives you a little sustain just for letting your ADC farm, but that's beside the point... and not really helpful with champs that want to build that extra health early.

Tank supports are getting punished just for doing their job. Of course, I'm not above being corrected if someone else thinks otherwise. I just ask you explain it with respect. :V

##Could we possibly get a change to the Relic line in the upcoming Tank Update?

Tank/all in supports are supposed to be countered by poke lanes. Its a trinity. poke counters tanks, tank counters healers, and healers counter poke. A tank support should nvr have a good lane matchup vs a poke support. Doesn't mean relic doesn't doesn't need slight buff, but to buff it with the intent to make it go even with poke is a bad idea. Its the meta
