Need help with Runes

Hello,

I really don´t know which runes to get, so I´m asking for help here. ^^ ATM i´m building a Support/Armor rune page and it consists of AR Quints, MR Blues, Armor Yellows and - that´s my problem - AD Reds. I´d like to use this page for (tanky) supports as well as Tank top laners versus AD opponents like Riven . So.. should I get AR/MR/Health reds? Or smth else?

/EDIT: I forgot to mention that the less IP i have to spend the better. Also I´d like to just change this runpage to a Armor page for supports and tanky toplaners where I just want to have much armor, like Malphite. ^^

well if you are talking about top and like to go someone tanky. I usually go

5 armor pen red
4 ad reds 7 health per lvl yellow
2 armor yellow
1 armor blue
6 CD blue 2 armor quins 1 ad quins

Or you can look at my rune pages if you like

The tank page that I normally use is Health regen Quints, Scaling/flat MR blues, Scaling/flat Armour yellows and normally armor reds but you can change those to whatever your needs are (AS/Penetration, more defensive stats)
