Neeko's spells should deal much less damage to minions than they deal now

Her snare is super infuriating, but what makes her broken is her Q and possibly other spells as well being absolutely crazy for pushing power which allows her to get the easiest snares ever. Neeko needs Q's damage against minions to be absolutely gutted. I'd rather her be rewarded too much as a support for landing her snares(minions don't die off therefore more Q trigger instances against enemy champions that get snared) rather than her be the balance problem that she currently feels like she is in a solo lane. I'm normally a quiet and chill guy but listen to how I exploded in my last stream. Granted, I was sick when I was raging here, but the sentiment is real and I don't think I'm the only one that feels super oppressed by Neeko's insane pushing power.
