It is stoppable, abilities and items can stop it. Also, yes it is balanced. Being point and click cc doesnt make it not balanced.

Just because you got trashed by a vi doesn't mean you have to complain about her on the forums.

i was saying "its not unstoppable" and balanced, never complained, and never said i got trashed by her, why tf did you say this at all? dont say I got trashed, I have not seen her in many games, and I never said it was not... i am so confused, this reply kinda pisses me off. just read what I sad again plz

about 2 hours ago its not unstoppable, and without that anyways, she would be garbage...

It's completely stoppable - kill her before/while it's casted. She moves relatively slowly in her ult, giving you plenty of time to kill her, and she has an extremely long ult animation, giving you even more time to kill her.
