These new queues

I don't know if it's just me but when I'm in queue and it's not my turn to do anything I tab out and go change my music, check masteries, check runes, etc. I've recently noticed that sometimes it doesn't always pull you back to queue when it's your turn to ban. So, if this was intended, can we at least get maybe a louder notification when it's your turn to do something in queue??
