Silver/Bronze so self destructive

On my first account I got to lower gold and now on my second account I'm currently in s5. Keep in mind I was in s3 yesterday. It's just become so obvious that this lower half of silver is full of extremely toxic, self destructing players. They go into game acting fine, then someone else or themself dies 1-3 times and they just lose their chill. They start blaming everyone, they start playing worse, and this usually results in me being able to identify a loss at around 8 minutes even when I'm top with above average cs, a great kda, and have already ganked mid or bot successfully. So you send the typical messages hey play safer guys, ward more. Never in my life has this actually worked. Typically it just results in the team begging for help as they die over and over again getting caught in similar situations, never once being remotely safe or having any vision. This typically continues until the other team picks every single player except myself and they push the nexus while I am totally incapable of 1v5ing them even with towers. Usually you can't even get teams like this to surrender because someone will be so angry at another player they just want to make them suffer. So yah, big deal, go play another game. Well it seems that once you hit a certain pattern it becomes seemingly endless. Game after game it's the same story. No matter how fed I get in lane, how many ganks I get off, how well csed I am, it's just not possible to carry these teams when the opposing adc is 9 and 0 at 10 minutes and two hitting me when I have 2 armor items. I can't say this is a 100% hole that's impossible to climb out of, but it's definitely elo hell. I remember hitting it on my other account. It's just that spot you get stuck in and climbing becomes significantly harder. It's when half your teams have afk or intentional feeders and the other half are just too bad to make the game impossible to carry. I think if something is done about this pit that traps so many noobs and ragers alike it could significantly improve the game. Give us an option to surrender earlier so I don't have to waste 20 minutes with this intentionally feeding top or this bot lane that is 0 and 15 10 minutes in. Just don't trap me with this toxic community for so long and in turn, it'll be easier to stay level headed and work towards the end of a game and try to pick up a late game turn around. I am in no way raging at this, I'll climb eventually. I've done it twice before. But it is absolutely the most toxic and aggravating part of league I've ever experienced.
