Ezreal is in need of buffs
It's been so long since I last saw an Ezreal in one of my games. Clearly he needs a buff.

adorable support2 voteshe's not weak because of his kit, he's weak because of the state of current items. the crit items that all the other ADCs synergize with don't synergize with ezreal, and because he has to build tear it takes away from his damage output compared to the other ADCs. personally, I think he could use a complete kit rework, but he does have his own little niche.
