What if Fiddles W drained mana as he channeled?
Current: 80/90/100/110/120 mana
Proposed: 50 mana initially, 30/40/50/60/70 over the duration of the spell.

Thought you meant having Fiddles drain mana from his target.
Anyways, it would definitely be a buff, but he's not really in need of a buff right now.
