We need to fix Guinsoo's Rageblade

No, don't even lie. No one uses this item. It's **way ** too niche, especially since going hybrid isn't as good as going either AP or AD nowadays. We shouldn't just get rid of it, however. That would be lazy. This item can have it's rightful place. Now, this can be done in a variety of ways, but this is what I'm proposing:

- 80 Magic Resist - 50% Attack Speed UNIQUE: Deals an extra 42 (+ 25% of your bonus Magic Resist) on-hit. UNIQUE: Basic attacks (and on-hit) steal 5 Magic Resist from your target and increase your attack speed by 5% for 8 seconds, stacking up to a maximum of 8. ( 40 Magic Resist stolen and 40% more attack speed.)

It's a defensive option that can give you a lot of magic damage on-hit. I can see this being pretty good on:

and also Devourer junglers (oh no!)

Thoughts or personal suggestions on how to improve Rageblade?
